Kit includes:
Cool Mat - Mat for histological preparation on cold ThermalTray surface. Protects scalpel blade from rapid dulling and ThermalTray surface from cosmetic abrasions.
ThermalTray LP - Solid, stable thermo-conductive platform that equilibrates within 90 seconds on ice to <4°C and becomes an ideal dissecting station. Provides over 12 hours 0-4°C cooling with one pan of ice.
Maxi 9L Ice Bucket - Unbreakable, insulative container for ice, dry ice or liquid nitrogen.

CoolMat is thin enough to readily transmit heat to the ThermalTray and keep samples at temperature of cooling source (ice, dry ice, etc), yet thick enough to protect scalpel and ThermalTray for repeated use. Remains flexible under freezing conditions. ThermalTray is made of novel thermo-conductive material that rapidly equilibrates to temperature sources such as ice, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, water baths.

Histology: dissection of tissue under stable, cool controlled conditions
Optional Accessories:
CoolBox M30-PF - Thermo-conductive CoolRack for up to 30 1.5ml conical microcentrifuge tubes. Place on dry ice and CoolRack equilibrates to -78°C for efficient, uniform tissue sample snap-freezing.
