We apologize if you are not happy with your BioCision tool. Let us know your feedback at
feedback@biocision.com.
If you want to return your order for any reason with the exception of a product defect, you can do so within 30 days of your order. Returns must be unused and in original condition.
For refunds, your credit card will be credited in about 2 weeks upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the tool, not including shipping.
Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by us (i.e. wrong item/color).
1. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS OR INCLUDE PACKING LIST.
Without your info, we won't know how to process the refund. Please write the reason for returning the tool and in most cases we'll process it within 7 to 10 business days. Returned packages should be sent to the following address:

2. Send us your tracking number and reason for return to returns@biocision.com so that we know it's on it's way back to us.
3. Generally, it takes us about 5-10 business days once we received the package to process the return.
Warranty Returns

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong tool and want to exchange, here's how. This of course only applies to products purchased on our site and has the same 30 day limit as our general returns policy.
1. Send us back the tool with your order information inside the package.

When we confirm that the tool is on it's way, we'll send you the tool you want. We pay for outbound shipping for the exchange.
